This Website i.e. www.revaa.co.in (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is owned by Femelle Freedom Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 18/5 West Patel Nagar, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as "FFPL/Revaa"). For clarity, FFPL owns and operates its services under the brand “Revaa”.

Your access and use of the Website and our services and tools are subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies (such as our Privacy Policy available here) which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you access and/or use and/or transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website. By mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with FFPL and these Terms of Use including the policies (Privacy Policy) constitute your binding obligations, with FFPL.

The Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been accepted by you whenever you access, browse or otherwise use the Website or avail any of our services or offers. By accessing, browsing or using the Website or any our services or offers, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms of Use. You are requested not to use the Website or avail any of our services or offers, if any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use are unacceptable to you or if you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use.

In these Terms of Use, references to "you", “your”, "User" shall mean the user visiting the Website and/or accessing and using the Website and/or our services or tools or mobile application, and "we", "us" and "our" shall mean FFPL.

2. Description of Services and Website

Revaa is an online platform for products related to Women Menstrual Hygiene and associated women related product. 

3. Consent and Age of User

• The Website is accessible to users under the age of 18 but it is advised and recommended by FFPL that they must do so under the guidance of their parents and/ or legal guardians and should provide proof of such guidance as and when required.
• For EU Residents: It is expressly stated that this Website is not for the use persons below or of the age of 13 years.
• User accepts and understands that any services availed through FFPL or advertised on FFPL related to or involving the consumption of any products are not meant for use by users without the appropriate advice/ consultation of specialists and under state laws and laws of India.  Any user using the Website in this manner in contravention of law shall be doing so at their own risk, costs and consequences and shall indemnify FFPL and its officers, directors and employees against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages which may arise from their use of this Website or the breach of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

4. Use of Website and the Services provided therein 

 4.1. Creation of Account/Supplying related information:

• For the use of this Website or any App thereon, the users shall create an account on the website and the users shall be liable for the information supplied by them during this process.
• FFPL shall not be responsible for any loss of opportunity or profits arising from the negligence of failure of the user.
• Registered members shall have Access to certain areas of the website and such access may not be available to non-members or users.
• To become a registered member, users are required to provide certain details. Such details may be mandatory and/or optional.
• FFPL has the sole right and authority to determine the validity/eligibility of any user account and may suspend/terminate the account with or without prior intimation to User. 

 4.2 User Communication

• All details provided on Revaa including but not limited to reviews, photos, your profile and comments are all subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and at the discretion of the management of Revaa.
• Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting any defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, objectionable, seditious, or unlawful material or any content that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or harm minors, contain software virus, give rise to civil/criminal liability, or otherwise violates any law.
• FFPL may but is not obligated to, monitor or review such content and shall take necessary action as deemed fit which may result in revocation of a product or suspension of services to such user. Additionally, FFPL may also remove such content which it reasonably ascertains to be prejudicial to its interest and may include without limitation content which is promotional or spam in nature or content which advertises the services of any other third-party competition to FFPL or its affiliated entities. Any content posted by the User that meets the standards described might be edited by FFPL solely for the purpose of clarity and length.
• By Posting any content the User warrants and represents that the User owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to their content including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for the User to provide, post, upload, input or submit the content. User further represents that the information/content they submit is not confidential.
• FFPL expressly disclaims any liability arising from or related to the content of any such content posted or supplied by User, whether or not arising under the laws of intellectual property, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise under laws applicable to it.
• FFPL is committed to cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing it to disclose the identity of anyone posting such content.

5. No Warranties; Exclusion of Liability; Indemnification

• FFPL through Revaa provides a platform for products in the business categories of the company.
• All users will have to agree and adhere to the policies set by Revaa.
• These policies include but are not limited to; child policy, legal age of entry.
• The website, the mobile application and content thereon is operated by FFPL on an "as is," "as available" basis, without representations or warranties of any kind.
• FFPL is committed to providing a great experience for its users and may (but is not obligated to) investigate any written complaints on receipt of complete details.
• In no event shall either FFPL or their, officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the  website/mobile application, offers/promotions availed, the delay or inability to use our website/mobile application or otherwise arising in connection with our website/ mobile application, or related services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of any such damages.
• In no event shall FFPL’s liability for any damage claim exceed the amount paid by User to FFPL for the transaction giving rise to such damage claim.
• The Users warrant and represent that any information, content or materials communicated to or shared through/with FFPL is truthful, accurate and does not violate any third party’s rights, or is not contravention of the law.
• The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold FFPL harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including advocate’s fees, arising from or related to their use of Website/Mobile Application or any services/offers/promotions they purchase through it.
• The users agree not to interrupt or make an attempt to harm the operation of Revaa in any way.

6. Use of Personal Information

• We at FFPL are committed to protecting and ensuring all necessary precautions are taken while handling and storing your personal details. Only authorized employees in the company have access to user’s details and information & are prohibited from using this information for any personal or commercial use. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy accessible here. 
• All personal details related to customers, clients are deemed confidential and all necessary precautions are taken to maintain them in a secure environment and that the details are not divulged to any third party, other than to appropriate authorities, only in case if it is a legal requirement. FFPL will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party without your consent except in the manner provided for in the Privacy Policy. 
• Revaa will engage with users through emails, messages only in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
• In continuation of our commitment and the services provided, FFPL will have to share the customer details with the with specific partners to complete the journey of delivery of the products to ensure an enhanced customer experience. The associated partners will be advised of the nature of details and to maintain precaution while sharing these details but they may contact users for the given product afterwards.

7. Communications/Notifications

• Revaa sends its registered users regular communications about the products, offers, promotions and new additions to its platform.
• Revaa maintains the User experience to be impeccable and seamless and thus in case a user wants to be removed from receiving any marketing communications, they can opt out and send an email request at the email address revaa@revaa.co.in. The User should note that they will always get messages related to product delivery, updates on the registered details.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Website/App, its features, materials and content, and the mark ‘Revaa’ as well as other brand names featured on the Website are owned by and proprietary to FFPL. Any use, reproduction or redistribution of the such materials not in accordance with these Terms of Use prohibited.
• Any distribution, modification, hosting, transmission, publication or use of the website content, including text, images, audio and video, for any personal, business, commercial or public purpose without prior permission is subject to legal action.
• The User is prohibited to display, host, upload, modify, publish transmit, update or share any content available on the Website/App without prior permission. Users may download the content to be used only for personal use by the permission of Revaa. If you download any content, you shall not remove any copyright or trademark notices/legends or other notices that go with it.
• Subject to the conditions stipulated herein, Revaa hereby grants the user a non-exclusive, revocable, limited, non-sub-licensable and a non-transferable license to use and have access to the Website, App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution and Redressal Mechanism

• Even though Revaa is a platform for Women Menstrual Hygiene and associated women related product, any cause of action arising out of or related to the Revaa Website, App, must be initiated within 21 days of the date of cause of action and Revaa shall not be liable for any delay caused.
• Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to revaa@revaa.co.in or can be:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this Website and the services provided by FFPL as well as the Terms of use shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi. 

All the terms and conditions form part of the Terms of Use between the User and FFPL and are legally binding. Accessing this website/App and/or making a reservation indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Terms of Use contained herein.
