Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns Policy
1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.revaaforyou.com.
2. If you report an issue with your product within the defined timelines, then we may facilitate a replacement.
3. Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
4. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of customer’s repentance such as incorrect color/ print of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
5. Certain Products are marked as "non-returnable" on the details page and thus cannot be returned. However, in an unfortunate event of damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as deemed applicable. We may have the product picked up to ascertain the product damage or defect before issuing any refund or replacement.
6. Products will be eligible for replacement only if the same product is in stock.
7. If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, a refund would be issued to the customer account.
8. Returns are applicable only for domestic purchases and any other situation will have to be handled individually. Please contact revaa@revaa.co.in to discuss the same.
9. In the event customers misuse the return policy by excessively returning or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Revaa reserves the right to suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
Note: If non-returnable product is received in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.

All returns are subject to the product being in its original condition and not used or seal not broken or tampered with. The company reserves the final right to decide whether the product is tampered or used.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.

All Refunds are subject to the products being returned in its original condition and not used or seal not broken or tampered with. The company reserves the final right to decide whether the product is tampered or used.
Cancellation Policy
Once we receive your order, you will be able to cancel your order within 30 mins with full refund to the amount paid. The cancellation of the order can be done from the order history section under the profile.
In some case, the customer may not be permitted to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Post the cancellation period, the Return policy will be applicable. In case of cancellation, please note that the refund of the amount will be as per the Refund Policy.
Revaa reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Revaa reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation from time to time. This right to waiver is not binding on the company, it is at its sole discretion to allow a waiver or change any policy.
